TokFlow combines a marketplace of commercial assets and a co-ownership direction. Each format has its own way of interacting with the platform.
The team receives requests from owners and their representatives and, after a preliminary check, publishes offers. A buyer chooses an asset and, through the "Contact the agent" button, moves on to contacting the seller or their representative.
At that point, TokFlow's involvement in the purchase of a whole asset ends. The buyer and seller conduct negotiations, agree on terms and complete the deal directly between themselves.
TokFlow gathers interest in segments and potential assets through voting and prepares offers for shared ownership. Share purchases take place on the platform, and the acquired participation is shown in your personal account. A secondary market is available for selling shares.
Management of the asset and reporting are provided by the management company in accordance with the terms of the specific offer.
If you would like to clarify the terms of participation or offer an asset for a full or partial sale through co-ownership, write to info@tokflow.io.
