TokFlow is a marketplace of commercial assets where agents, brokers and agency representatives can list their clients' offers and find interested buyers and investors. We work with commercial real estate, hotel and warehouse properties, commercial vessels, infrastructure projects and other assets with income potential from rent or operations. Submit a request to list an asset. The TokFlow team will review the offer and, after a preliminary check, publish it on the marketplace. Interested buyers will be able to contact you from the asset page. In the initial stage, listing assets is free.
For an investor, it is not only photos and price that matter. They want to understand how the asset works, where income may come from and what affects the result.
